Elon Musk to Proceed with Twitter Deal at $54.20 2022

Musk has sent a letter to Twitter confirming his intent to proceed at the original purchase amount

It looks like Musk might be the new owner, as Twitter shareholders have voted to sell for $54.20 per share

“Billionaires’ lawyers communicated the proposal to Twitter’s lawyers last night and filed a confidential letter with the Delaware Chancery Court ahead of an emergency hearing scheduled for Tuesday, the source said
