Rohtas Fort is located near the city of Jhelum in Pakistan. This fort was built during the region of Sher Shah Suri. This Fort is one of the largest Fort in Indo-Pak. This Fort is known for its several monumental and largest walls. This fort was built on the hilltop to defend the Sir dynasty from Gakhar tribes. This fort has never been stormed by enemies. This first fort was constructed by Turkish and subcontinental architectures. It is situated on 175 acres. This Fort has 12 doors. Mughal King Akbar has also made some changes in this fort. In 1825 it was occupied by Sikhs. In 1997 Rohtas Fort was listed as the UNESCO World Heritage site. This fort is still attracting millions of tourists.
